When you use SlideSuite, we collect information you provide directly, including your name, email address, and the PowerPoint files you upload. We also collect usage data such as pages visited, features used, and search queries to improve the product.
We use your information to provide and improve SlideSuite, including processing your presentation files, generating AI tags, and delivering search results. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
PowerPoint files you upload are processed to extract slide content, generate thumbnails, and create AI-powered tags. Your files are stored securely and are only accessible to you and team members you explicitly share with.
We use third-party AI services (OpenAI) to analyze slide content and generate tags. Only text content from your slides is sent to these services -- not the original files or images. AI providers do not retain your data for training purposes.
Your data is stored on secure cloud infrastructure. We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit and at rest.
You can request to download or delete your data at any time by contacting us at rick@slidegenius.com. When you delete your account, all associated data is permanently removed within 30 days.
